Awesome customer service here. I ordered online, and put down the wrong delivery date - I wanted a Friday delivery, but entered Saturday's date. I realized my mistake on Friday and called to see if there was any way the flowers could be delivered that same day. The lady I talked to (so sorry I forgot your name!) was so understanding and nice, and she got the Lavender Rose Bouquet delivered that day. My wife, and everyone at her office, LOVED the arrangement! It is beautiful! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
